Mustafa Al-Feal

Mustafa Al-Feal (born 14 November 1990) is an Iraqi engineer and businessman. He serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Asimat Al-Hadharat Public Investments Company. He works in investment and development, with a focus on housing projects and urban development in Iraq.

Early Life and Family Background

Mustafa Al-Feal was born in Baghdad and grew up in a patriotic family. His father was an air defense officer in the Iraqi Army; after the Second Gulf War, he applied for retirement and then moved into trade.

Mustafa Al-Feal’s family belongs to an established tribe with a recognized social presence; however, at this stage he is postponing the mention of tribal details in public discourse, in adherence to an inclusive national approach and a direct responsibility toward families from various components. These details will be mentioned later within a broader documentary framework.

Education

Mustafa Al-Feal studied in Baghdad at Al-Mansour Intermediate and Secondary School for Boys. He then joined the College of Engineering – Al-Ma’moon University, graduating in 2012 (First Round).

Military Career

Mustafa Al-Feal joined the Second Military College – Zakho as part of the 74th course (university graduates). He graduated as an Iraqi Army officer with the rank of Second Lieutenant in 2014, and obtained a BSc in Military Sciences.

In 2016, he graduated from the Fourth Pantsir Missile Course (KPA Company), ranking third, in the Russian Federation. He later held leadership roles, including:

  • Security Officer of the Second Missile Battalion (acting)
  • Commander of the Fourth Fire Unit in the Fourth Battery

In 2021, he joined the Command College and graduated (67th course). In 2022, he was nominated for the Staff College (83rd course) before leaving it and transitioning to the civilian and investment path.

Projects

Hawraa Baghdad Residential Complexes Project

In 2021, the establishment of the Hawraa Baghdad complex was announced as a residential project focused on providing housing units within a planning model that prioritizes the human dimension in services and infrastructure. The project adopted affordable installment plans of up to 15 years, with an orientation toward modern design and environmental sustainability. During implementation, the project faced political and economic challenges and pressures, while reaffirming its commitment to safeguarding beneficiaries’ rights under the announced programs.

Maverick Town Project

In 2022, Maverick Town was announced as a residential/urban project within the course of modern real estate development, adopting planning and service concepts aimed at enhancing housing quality and the built environment. The project is presented within a vision that seeks to build more well-organized residential communities in terms of planning and services, while taking into account sustainability requirements and quality of life.

Asimat Al-Hadharat Project

Mustafa Al-Feal later presented the vision for the Asimat Al-Hadharat project as an integrated, implementable city aimed at addressing the housing crisis on a broader scale within a model of urban and social development—thereby easing pressure on the capital and the provinces.
